Using Ritual
Ritual provides general cosmetic skincare guidance and routine-tracking tools. You must be able to enter into a binding agreement where you live and provide accurate information when creating or using an account.
Not medical advice
Ritual is not a medical service and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Do not use it for urgent or serious skin concerns. Seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate.
Your account and content
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Apple or Google account secure. Only submit photos and information you have the right to use. Scan photos are processed to produce results and are not saved by Ritual.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass its security, interfere with other users, upload unlawful content, or use Ritual to harm another person. We may restrict access when necessary to protect the service or comply with law.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Ritual useful and available, but the service may change, be interrupted, or contain errors. Features may be added, modified, or removed as the product evolves.
Disclaimer and liability
Ritual is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Ritual is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Ending use
You may stop using Ritual at any time and request account deletion through support. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated violations of these terms.
